Tyler Stevens, Attorney
Tyler was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. While in law school, Tyler obtained a temporary trial card so he could join the Caprock Regional Public Defender Office and represent indigent clients in Lubbock, Texas. He also interned with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. After passing the bar exam, Tyler was hired as a misdemeanor prosecutor with the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office and was quickly promoted to felony prosecutor. Tyler joined Sheets & Crossfield in 2020.

Practice Description
Tyler provides representation and counsel in a broad range of areas including: contracts, real estate transactions, human resources, administrative and regulatory processes and actions, development of policies and procedures, notice and confidentiality issues, open meetings, public information, drafting and review of ordinances, resolutions, and other official documents, annexation, planning and zoning, municipal court prosecution, and code enforcement.
Tyler is currently the City Attorney for the City of Giddings and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Round Rock
