Susan Camp-Lee, Attorney
Susan Camp-Lee has been with Sheets & Crossfield for over 20 years. She is the Prosecuting Attorney for the Municipal Courts in the cities of Round Rock, Elgin, Giddings, and Smithville, Texas. Susan has over 25 years’ experience practicing law which includes:
- General litigation with emphasis on criminal prosecution work including plea negotiations, pretrial issues, trials before the court and jury trials
- Prosecuting cases in Municipal Court
- Advising police officers regarding potential violations of state statutes and city ordinances; drafting form complaints, and issues regarding excessive use of force, search warrants, pursuit policies
- Reviewing and responding to requests under the Freedom of Information Act
- Estate planning including wills, powers of attorney and directives to physicians
- Drafting Ordinances
- Advising governmental entities under the Fredom of Information Act.
- Probate of Simple Estates
In addition, Susan is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
